    That ticket was about performance and FPS drop Have you tried to change any settings? They're about update frequency as you said. "Brain timer tick" and "Controls timer tick" - increasing from 0.01 to 0.1 and more will help, but may affect how bot will behave "Enable periodic bot reinitialization?" - can help in long-term by respawning bots after a while

    You can try to enable "Enable random order instead of priority?" to achieve that Damage is calculated by Rust based on weapon stats, armor and other stuff. We just scale damage value before it actually hits entity
