To me it looks like some npc is not being destroyed/killed properly, and it sends empty object into hooks

I think it's mostly caused by random spawn option, it looks like bots are being spawned in places where they can't go any further anymore. We will take a look what we can do about it, most probably we will make an option to spawn them on road and improve random spawn too. Did you unlock wear container in config? It's a good idea but since they are NPCs i'm afraid it's not possible
