Run a command when they purchase the VIP to remove playerranks permission. Then set it for when the VIP expires to run the command to add the playerranks.use permission back. Doing it with the exclude permission instead should still allow them use /pr just not count in the stats if you want them to still be able to see the stats.

TiP: Before you change something make shure you have a backup copy of that file.
After do some changes (but before saving it), copy the wohle text of your config file you changed and paste it to the website from jsonlint to auto search for errors.
Some plugins function this way. Not all of them though. A good majority dont. What should happen is the plugin should fail to load and not overwrite the config to default values. I cant think of any situation in where anyone would want their config reverted. If it was my plugin I would NOT want it to function this way.

In the config you can remove the ability for a player to select the prefix in the interface. So like I have a VIP prefix. Players get the prefix but it does not show up to be selected in the UI so they cant remove it. Maybe this helps you.
This is how mine is I have the default player tag removed and VIP is not able to be toggled by the players

Thanks man! One more thing that just came up. When someone uses @player in the chat with their message the response to me will show like [Mention From Cosmo]@cosmo (followed by the message the player sent) Basically its showing the mention is from the player its being sent to not who sent it so in the chat the person doesnt know who is talking.

Thank you. I have to use this for moderators only. Only being used to give alerts to admin when a player report gets made from f7. I use Chadius AI admin, and it requires the reports to be send to facepunch. Since reports internally in the plugin don't go to facepunch letting players use the new interface to make reports is not something that can't happen for me. In my perfect world this plugin would have the same 4 default options for reporting that are in f7 interface. Racism/Sexism/Abusive, Cheating, Spamming, and Offensive name. They should be sent to facepunch. Then if you wanted more reason like over team limit suspicious, etc they could also be there. It should be clear to the player that those additional report options don't go to facepunch. I just opted to change the report command in the cs to something no player would think to type since the panel is useless for them. Hide permission prevents from seeing player to report them also but menu still can be opened. Other people may prefer it this way also it would be useful to be able to change the command /report to something else in the .json like you can the /discord command already.

Can you explain this to me? what difference does putting zero or any other number make? The wording is a bit confusing to me what this does.
I really like this plugin. It has nice functionality I can still take advantage of. I just wish I could utilize it in the more traditional way that I require.

The minigun ammo pack icon is not related to this config. This is a new item that has not yet been officially implemented by Rust. However, we have already integrated it into the loot table config as a backpack because it works as such. Even though the icon does not appear, it still provides a backpack-like space for players, and there are no issues with its functionality. The icon image will be corrected with an official update from Rust.
However, if you prefer, you can easily remove this item from the loot table list using the website we specified in the downloaded file.

Consider ditching translationapi and coding the capability to use apis specifcally openai in the plugin itsself this is so dumb **sigh**
Over on umod it seems to be dead. No responses for any recent support posts. It looks like the last time someone responded to a support post besides a user was 2 or 3 years ago and it was an admin. I will message the author but I do not have high expectations at all that it will even be acknowledged.
I messaged Flutes who made AITranslationPro a few days and asked if he could add support for IQChat but it hasnt been read yet. I would much rather use that than deal with this TranslationAPI crap anymore. My fingers are crossed lol.

are you by chance doing this without translationapi on the server at all? Because when I try this with translationapi on the server but with the blank settings like you suggested it just does not work. Instead of translating the message nothing shows up. As soon as I disable translation from the IQChat config the message is not blocked just not translated. I dont understand what the difference is here between ours. TranslationAPI is not a translator in itself is it? It relies on the api from a service to do the job right? I cant wrap my head around how yours does the job without the instructions. I tried it and it only produces failing results

Thanks I will. Sorry this is frustrating. The entire reason I bought and switched to this plugin is so i could have colored chat and translation at the same time. Now I am stuck in the same boat with colored chat and no translation.......

If anyone can help me make the translation work please chime in. Ive got a little progress i think with the microsoft key. Its not blocking the messages anymore but It is making this error.
Translation API Invalid language code, please check that it is vaild and try again (to: it, from: auto) this is with the language blank as specified in the config to use each players preferred language.

With the setting like this when a messages is supposed to be translated for a player with a client in a different language it displays nothing for that person and Translation api tells me Invalid API key. This is super frustrating. I asked the developer of the Translation plugin i previously used AITranslationPro to consider supporting IQChat. Its easy you can use openai API and hasnt been 3 years since its last update.

I did with the key empty in translation api still had the same effect. I signed up for microsoft account got a translator api key tried translationapi with it the chat is not blocked anymore but it still isint translating. My client is set to a different language no translate in global or team or pm from other players chat in english.

So im trying to get the translation to work. I've got a yandex key. instead of translating the message when a client is on another language the message does not not show at all for that person in chat. Not even the original text. Is this a problem with yandex? What service are you guys using with translationapi?
