One player was doing the Dome event where he spawned a heli. But he says he didn't spawn and was killed by an invisible heli.

There is no such hook in the TrainYardEvent plugin, and I don't see TrainYardEvent in the error message. Try unload the plugin and see if there is an error message.

The HELI is called when someone starts hacking one of the locked crate. And in the config file spawn patrolhelicopter should be true

It is also advisable to turn off the facepunch event in the eventmanager. And if you use the harbor event, you should set it so that the two events are not at the same time. This is how I use my public Pve server and there is no problem.

In the config file you can set the official cadgo event to be disabled. It is advisable to disable this to avoid possible collisions. And it will not be so easy for players to get all the loot with a bow right after a wipe.

This is not possible now. But I will add this option in the next update. It will make the event much easier because you can enter the cargo area through the side doors. Until I'm done with the next update I suggest you to use the turret settings in the config file. If you add a trumpet instead of a gun, they will not shoot, just trumpet Or you can lower the ammo amount to 1. Leave the gun or trumpet in there anyway.
