This particular version will not be updated because a brand new version is being developed, it already supports scroll view, but the new version of the CUI library is still unstable. -
No, that's the way it was intended, it only shows up when you open the map, it was part of one of the updates. I guess the issue is closed?

That's right, this is an example of a custom button and it says so. It was never stated anywhere that the creation of buttons is done through the UI, all custom buttons are created and configured in the config.
