Do me a favour, remove the automated workcarts plugin and just use the train skirts plugin. The workcarts one should not be used. Not had a lot of time tonight due to work, will try again tomorrow if your still having issues, contact me on discord for quicker response

There are 66 NPCs on the map, tested on server and they are showing, I would suggest checking your plugins, maybe one is interfering with NPCs, just a guess. Contact me on Discord if you need further help. I did find one rouge NPC, a bandit one at the Mangroves, removed him and will update map later or tomorrow.

Password is in the ReadMe file top line. DM in Discord if you cannot find it. If it says its out of date all you need to do in load into RE and resave with a new name. It is a monument, not a map, you have to add it to a map. I have tested in game and it fundamentally works as it should however I will be doing a tidy up and post an update at the weekend. Also from the pictures you supplied im not sure why but your RE may not be upto date, you should beable to apply height, add splat, alpha etc - You should be using version 1.25b5 or b6 - Also its quicker to respond if you DM me thtough discord. Link is in the readme file

I tested in RE and it loads fine, that image has not had the parameters added when you add the monument to your map. I will test again tomorrow in game just to confirm its works as expected.
