There are 2 types of queues in the game. 1) Players who connect to your server (login queue) 2) Players who are waiting to enter (For example, you have a limit of 100 players, and another 50 are in line and waiting for a slot). As you can understand, the bot and the hood simply show different queues

Do not worry. This sometimes happens on the client. The problem solves itself. Just because you have this problem doesn't mean all players have it. This can happen to 1 out of 300 players on your server and will resolve itself over time. -

Still can't reproduce your problem. Try unloading all your plugins and testing with Hud only. Also, as I asked, please send a video starting from the moment the server starts and entering it, and not screenshots. Unfortunately, they don't tell me anything.

If anyone has the same problem, try the following. Install the plugin on your local server on your own PC, not on your hosting. If the problem persists, create a new Support Request. If the problem disappears, then the problem is on the side of your hosting, which does not allow you to programmatically edit the plugin. In this case, either contact your hosting support or configure your plugin on your local server, then restart Hud. After that, transfer Hud.cs and Hud.json from your local server to your main hosted server, done!
