Question:  I am currently running version 1.0.14, is there an upgrade path to 2.0, or do I have to purchase this plugin again?

I would have to go through all of my records to figure that out.  Unless it was originally a free plugin, I will have a receipt.  I run 200+ plugins, on the server, 100% legit.
