Looks cool. I'm always looking for new events for my server, but does this have support for the PVE Mode plugin? I only use events that support that because my server is PVE and players will argue over an event if it's not controlled.

I will add PVE mode soon,  I put it on sale because I want some feedback before adding this an other features like Economy for the winners, skill tree compatibility, hooks etc

Nice mod, players will enjoy it. I'm testing it on a dev server and not getting any zombies with the default settings (zombies are enabled). WTE Version 0.5.0 and NpcSpawn Version 2.6.1. The APC, sams, guards and snipers load as expected, just no zombies for me.

Zombies are not using SpawnNPC so it should be normal spawn without any dependencies. 

Zombies are spawning inside of warehouse where the lockcrate are. 

 

Just to double check can you post your configuraiton here? Maybe you might want to create a support ticket (I get notifications there)

Right now if you add an event, any, if your server is PVE the event will be PVE, the only difference is if the server is PVE and you want to make a Sphere, where the event is PVP that might take some time. 

Another example is to lock the crate only for people who enter to the event first. That normally is a bit troublesome. 

 

Again if you have a 100% PVE experience the plugin will work on your server.

Indeed PVE mode is needed to get the sales you need honestly - should do that if you want people to buy it and review it for you - I'll be waiting until it's in - also if it's any good it's a bit too cheap.

I'm talking about this plugin: https://lone.design/product/pve-mode-rust-plugin/

It creates a zone and if a player does X damage, it locks the event to them. You can set various settings, such as disallowing other players to kill or loot, prevent the NPC's from attacking players/team that it isn't locked to,e tc.

PVE Mode and Npc Spawn are by KpucTaJl from Mad Mappers. He may be able to offer some advice to include them if that's a consideration.

So one thing I would love to see added is TruePVE support or  PVE support in general. Reason is on PVE servers people ALWAYS fight about who started what. So by locking them to that event prevents others from entering. Secondly playing with it, I shot the guy and killed him near the SAMS site at the WTP, and it automatically destroyed the SAM site. That def is a bug. So far i love it!

 

Few things would love to see added besides PVE.

chat commands /wtestart /wtestop

map marker showing event that can be toggled on and off depending on how the admin wants the server setup.

 

Thats it so far maybe I will think of some more while i mess with it more.

Oh! and something that will see if the event is already started so you cant manually start another event by accident. I did this when it already was scheduled and it started another one. Had 2 apcs cruising the WTP

At least support for TruePVE is coming, for PVE mode (Probably This week) will depends on the developer (if he release a free version for developers). 

I didn't understood your comments about the chat commands, those commands already exists, please let me know if I am missing something there.

 

Map Marker is also been released this week! I'm actually working on it right now

So, the command to start the event wtestart, does indeed cancel the first one if you type it again. but what happens is you get 2 apcs that spawn when it does spawn.. So maybe something like if event == true, then chat.say "Event already started, try /wtestop first!" or something like that. That way it will avoid a timed event + a manual triggered event. Everything else seems to be good

Was thinking more into this plugin today and thought that a random time would be even nicer for an event. If a server has several plugins you wouldn't want every event to hit at the same time intervals. Granted it can be changed, that said having a random time frame like other plugins have start min 7200 start max 10800 - this would be a far better choice!, Also I have added the code into the plugin  I have a "license" for, but putting console/rcon feedback of the event when manually triggered is nice touch too, as well as automated. Just some ideas, but this plugin is great! Glad I got it when I did!

 

But again, not critisizing,  just friendly suggestions. This plugin is a great addition my players seem to likeit

Probably you can put a very high number in "Event Start every [sec]" in the configuration

Hi there ! Looking promising already ! Also no Zombies for me.
Maybe you could add some config options for numbers of guards, numbers of APC Crates ?

Another person with the same issue reload the npc-spawn plugin and start working 

 

You can try that or even reload all the plugins if you can 

 

about the amount of guards configuration I remove it for a random number in each position to give something different every time

The ability to edit the loot of the npc and the crates from within the config would be a better option rather than using a 3rd party plugin.

 

Gives server owners more control over customizing the event too suit there servers

I didn’t fully analyse it yet but more likely I will go for custom loot
