Welcome to the Wallpaper Planner a lightweight, fast, and easy-to-use extension for Rust. This plugin enhances the default wallpaper tool by adding a custom wallpaper selector UI, accessible with a middle mouse click while holding the item. It automatically selects the appropriate wallpaper category (floor, wall, or ceiling) based on where you’re looking, and the UI is auto-populated with all official skins, RobJ’s custom skins, and any additional skins you add from the Steam Workshop.
More skins
I’ll continue creating more exclusive custom wallpapers, which will be posted and added to the plugin over time. You can also easily add your own wallpapers from the Steam Workshop.
Permissions
wallpaperplanner.use — Allows the player to access and use the wallpaper selector UI.
wallpaperplanner.outside — Allows the player to use wallpapers outside of their base.
wallpaperplanner.admin — Admins can add, delete, and edit wallpaper names directly from the UI for easier management.
Commands
/wallpaperplanner — Designed for binding to any key or mouse button if you can’t or don’t want to use our default FIRE_THIRD (middle mouse button). Just make sure you’re holding a wallpaper planner when you use it.
For example, to open the planner with the H key, press F1 and enter:
bind H "chat.say /wallpaperplanner"
