This plugin does exactly what it says it does.

Its particularly useful on hardcore mode servers, where there are no safezones. On hardcore, the recyclers in areas that are normally safezones still behave as safezone recyclers. I assume this is an oversight by Facepunch, but regardles, this plugin fixes that.
