- Add support for blocking research of locked workbenches so that players can't then replicate them via industrial crafters (default enabled)
- Add support for blocked crafting/research notification via sounds and/or toast notifications (both default enabled)
- Disable chat notifications for blocked crafting/research by default (in favor of sound/toast)
