I have stone fireplaces and hobo barrels set to not consume fuel (and don't care about having fuel trimming, stack splitting, or quick smelt behavior in either of those), but otherwise want BBQs, campfires, furnaces, and refineries to benefit from fuel trimming, stack splitting, or quick smelt features of this plugin.

Modifying the targeted list of compatible "ovens" is the only obvious way to have both scenarios occur simultaneously (by omitting stone fireplaces and hobo barrels from being targeted), which is what I have done. Moving said list to the config was just a suggestion for achieving this outcome more easily.

what happened to the 'simple' in simple splitter? 

I just want to split stacks....why have you introduced smelting too?  not that simple anymore

The splitter still doesn't work for my players . It only works for my admins . I have tripled check the perms and everything is correct 

if you only want the split, Set "Enable QuickSmelt - Smelting of all slots = False.. Then you just have the splitter functionality

you must have a conflicting plugin.. DO you have a Stack Modifier

@shady14ujust a head's up, according to this commit yesterday, they'll be changing the native smelting behavior to cook all slots simultaneously again (instead of in a queue). This change may conflict with your plugin, as it currently functions. Just wanted to make sure you knew.

So, if I use Quicksmelt I should do "Enable QuickSmelt - Smelting of multiple slots at once": false, right?

But then the slots won't be burned simultaneously and the amount of wood won't fit to the amount of ore.

In other words, the plugin is kinda useless except for the splitting part.

Can this be changed? I would like to go on using the QuickSmelt plugin but want a splitter that manages to burn all slots at once and uses the right amount of wood.

This plugin can do the "quickSmelting" for you OR you can use the "QuickSmelt" plugin if you like that smelting logic better... Both options are there for you. If you use the extra "quicksmelt" plugin you need to set "enable quicksmelt" in the config to false.

That's what I was trying to tell you.

If this is wrong the plugin is not working correctly.

When I do "Enable QuickSmelt - Smelting of multiple slots at once": true all slots are burned and the amount of wood that is taken fits perfectly. But I use Quick Smelt by now and can not do that.

if you set that to "true" you need to REMOVE the extra "QuickSmelt" plugin.... Its not needed when the value is TRUE.

That is not the point. I know.

I did Enable QuickSmelt - Smelting of multiple slots at once": false but the problem is that your plugin then won't burn all slots at the same time anymore and also won't fit the correct amount of wood to the amount of ore anymore.

Doing Enable QuickSmelt - Smelting of multiple slots at once": false makes the plugin lose 2 functions.

Try this settings its for 10x but you can edit the speed. this works for me.

Guess I got no choice than to delete Quick Smelt cause 2 functions of Simple Splitter won't work using "Enable QuickSmelt - Smelting of multiple slots at once": false" and the developer don't understands me.

ok why quicksmelt? so you use another plugin for faster melting?

the right amount of wood will be difficult anyway if you use other stack sizes. do you use Loottable plugin? at burn all stacks at the same time i have no problem with it.

Using Enable QuickSmelt - Smelting of multiple slots at once": true the wood amount fits perfectly to the amount of ore.

But not when using Enable QuickSmelt - Smelting of multiple slots at once": false.

And I don't see why this has to be? Makes no sense? Must be a bug.

Yes, I use Stacksize Controller but as I just mentioned it works if I don't wanna use QuickSmelt but not with it.

Please try setting the value to "True" and Remove the "QuickSmelt" plugin.. I think you will find it does what your looking for without the need for the extra plugin

A detailed description of the different lines in the config would be helpful.

This is not compatible with Furnace Levels.   The 'Turn On' button is rendered inoperable since update.

Smelt speeds are broken on this plugin atm
