Where would the description ”setting” be used?

I couldn't find the config file either.

I can't find the permissions either.

The permission names are strange, so maybe the template remains in the description?

Hello,

To be able to use this plugin, you just need to be the owner on the server, and  for the parameters, there is no specific file, everything is done in the command, you can modify the text and the temp of the display.

No, I'm referring to the following statement in the description.
own server so I have admin privileges.

Setings :
-Message Text
-Message Time
-Message Color

Permissions:
ownerid <steamID/user>

Hey, nice job with the notifications, can you make a API for devs so we can call it  through ServerMessage.Call?() ?

Unfortunately, it doesn't support chat box input and can't support more languages

No sorry, i wanted to keep the plugin as simple as possible
