Hi, I have a question, does the type of marker change depending on what the player points? or is it configurable? It is not clear to me with the video and explanation.

The icons change based on the item you are looking at.
You can change the icons and the colors within the config. You can also change the min/max distance, duration, cooldown, and sound effect.
