Released

[Fixed] - Turn_Off_UI_By_Default config value not working. By default set to false so ui will be displayed. If you already have the plugin and a working config it might be set to true because of old version.

(Please Check Config!!!)

[Added] - Console command for pd and pde. You can now set a Player on or off duty remotely in admin console with: Police.pd (SteamID) | Police.pde (SteamID)
