A simple and performant QoL plugin that reverts the recent change introduced in the September 2026 update (https://rust.facepunch.com/news/breach-and-clear#MarketplacePower), which made marketplace terminals require power.
This plugin allows marketplace terminals to work as they did before, without requiring power.
