After you try that update, can we tone the danger down? 

could this be configured via the config to trigger every time there is a headshot instead of only headshot on kill?

I assume the onentitytakedamage hook can check for this. Ill have to check when i get a chance

Not sure if this is a good idea, as getting headshots in quick succession, would just make the image kill itself over and over again, and look kinda funny. As it is, with the smooth fade, it looks nice, Not sure if i want to get away from that.

@Kimbo brother, im using it right now with welcomepanel ? its compatible with WelcomePanel i have no issues at all.

@KimboI have also the WelcomePanel plugin and the Headshot plugin and I don't have any issues with that.
The plugin works without any problems. check if it's maybe your hosting service or other plugins,

Love the plugin. Gives that extra bit of satisfaction after a kill. BRAVO!!

I second this suggestion

I would love if it was possible for it to trigger a custom sound on each headshot
