Gun Types 0.1.4

Small fix regarding Patrol Helicopter not being properly targeted.

I will be hopefully updating with a much larger update some point this month or next month, I just wanna optimize this plugin a little before doing so, however, it will allow shooting of vehicles from the gun, similar to how GTA 5 Mod Menus allowed.

I want to do some more tweaking with it though to make sure speeds are fun and enjoyable, currently its based on your gun/ammo and will likely remain as such, but is scaled down quite a bit as otherwise it will shoot/move so fast it clips through the ground typically.
