Damage Reducer 1.0.0

If you guys would like me to implement a feature allowing you to specify a damage amount rather than percentage than feel free to let me know and I will gladly introduce such a feature.

Is there a way to use permission systems to be able to add different damage reductions?

I'd like to use a sliding damage reduction based on how long the person has been on the server / in this wipe / or length of the wipe using other control mods.

So a noobie the first hour on the server gets X permission.

A skill tree items grants Y permission granting a flat percentage DR

A purchasable perk allows a -1 dmg taken perk for as long as they have the permission

They go into a zone, using zone manager they now take double the damage (negative damage reduction)

Just being able to add conditions to when they would have specific damage reduction profiles
