Buoyant Helicopters 1.3.3
Since the Rust Naval Update, some servers are reporting that helis are flying slowly and displaying the decorative inner tubes while not in water. This is caused by a game bug which leads to the helis being considered underwater when they aren't, subjecting them to underwater drag.
To mitigate the slow flying effect for now, you can set "Underwater Drag" to 0 in the config to disable underwater drag, though you may see helis sink and rise a bit too quickly as a result.
