Its for reskinning the base, You can either upgrade a single block a time or all blocks of the same grade at once.

Also updates the skin when your upgrading a block to a higher tier. Optional you can enable hotkeys so that

when you hit a block with a hammer depending on what hotkey you have pressed it will either apply to

a single or all the blocks of the same grade.

Im currently working on a update that includes some additional options like building grade and wallpapers together with some other quality of life improvements.
