Plugin License Agreement

This Plugin License Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the use of the plugin software titled Biome Planter (the "Plugin"), developed and owned exclusively by Lincoln (the "Author"). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Plugin, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
1. Ownership and Intellectual Property
1.1. The Plugin, including its source code, design, functionality, and all related materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Author.
1.2. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights, including copyrights and other intellectual property rights, remain solely with the Author.
2. Grant of License
2.1. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Plugin solely for personal use on one Rust server that you own or manage.
2.2. This license does not permit the following activities:
Use of the Plugin on multiple servers without additional licenses.
Use of the Plugin for any commercial purpose, including hosting paid servers.
2.3. The license is restricted to the original purchaser and may not be transferred, resold, or sublicensed to any third party.
3. Prohibited Actions
You explicitly agree not to:
3.1. Copy, modify, merge, or create derivative works based on the Plugin.
3.2. Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the Plugin in any form.
3.3. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Plugin's source code.
3.4. Share the Plugin or make it accessible to third parties through any means, including file-sharing platforms or forums.
4. Watermarking and Tracking
4.1. The Plugin may include unique identifiers or embedded watermarks to monitor usage and enforce compliance with this Agreement.
4.2. You agree not to remove, alter, or obfuscate these identifiers.
5. Termination
5.1. This license will terminate immediately if you breach any terms of this Agreement.
5.2. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Plugin, destroy all copies in your possession, and provide proof of compliance upon request.
6. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Plugin is provided "as is," without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6.2. The Author shall not be liable for any damages, including server malfunctions, data loss, or other issues arising from the use of the Plugin.
6.3. Use of the Plugin is at your own risk.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Your State/Country].
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Author regarding the Plugin and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings. No changes or modifications to this Agreement will be valid unless made in writing and signed by the Author.
By purchasing or using the Plugin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
