It's almost nearly impossible to level this monument out. In the same section for the stairs to go down clips through the ground. There's a big gaping hole in the back near the fishing village that makes no sense. You have to perform hat tricks to get both the NPCs and APC to spawn, however, the NPCS inside the monument and locked crates simply do not spawn at all. 

I tried to reach out to the developer many times, and not once did he ever respond. It could have been a good monument, I can't even use it, a waste of money.
