About Kailua Outpost
I have created a new merged outpost it is a nice place to stay and trade safely. You can also equip yourself with new items, as well as craft items. The monument is also perfect for roleplaying purposes.
There are several zones that have been created just for roleplay. However, these areas are also inviting for normal pvp servers.
