This, and the option to disable the steam/BM links on global chat messages relayed to discord. If it had these it'd completely replace RustCord but as it is now I'm just using both... lol

Anyone successful in getting this running in Pterodactyl on the same machine?

It's not wanting to connect. Pretty new to the panel still. Was using terminal for everything before.

Some help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Make sure you've invited the bot with the application.commands scope enabled, you have the correct Discord server ID and application ID set.

The bot is only built to be used mainly in one server

figure i'll add to this - the egg needed for pterodactyl is the discord.js generic. you can find it here: https://github.com/parkervcp/eggs/tree/master/bots/discord/discord.js

This link 404's now...I don't even see the discord.js generic egg anymore on the repo. Do you have a new link for this perchance?

Also, @Amino, thanks for such a great Discord bot. I look forward to using it on my servers. Are there any plans down the road to add server restart notifications? This is one thing that I'd still need Rustcord for, but other than that I can yeet that plugin into the abyss and use your bot. Thanks again!

I do see that it's not there, looks like it was removed in favor of a standard Node JS egg. https://github.com/parkervcp/eggs/blob/master/generic/nodejs/egg-node-js-generic.json

One suggestion, could you please consider wrapping error conditions in try/catch blocks to write a message to console on error instead of throwing the exception? This would ensure the bot doesn't crash from errors that only impact a small part of overall functionality.
