Hello Hugo, 
No, RustHandler is a script, it doesn't handle that kind of thing. 
At launch and at procgen, RustDedicated uses all available cores, then it's single-core, because that's how it was deveoloped by Facepunch.
If you have any wishes or suggestions in this regard, I am at your disposal.

Hello, in other apps it is possible to set the core affinity in Windows or pterodactyl in Linux.. It would be very useful if the app had core affinity Is it possible to implement it? I am very interested in the app but I would have problems if the rust process starts to give jumps in all the cores of my CPU
