I can't tell you your exact reason. The bot has to read from the console your kill messages. Plugins like death notes can stop the logging of kills to console the way the bot reads it.

The bot is only built to be used mainly in one server -
Make sure you've invited the bot with the application.commands scope enabled, you have the correct Discord server ID and application ID set.

Honestly, I recommend switching away from IcedHost. They put too many bots on one IP.

One of your chat plugins are causing that -
You need to set your permission in the config to use that command. And there is no option to not have to use that command

This seems to be working fine after testing it. Maybe you have a plugin that is stopping the F1 messages from being logged!? And without a plugin it would not be possible to log commands that have been ran
