    Max value is 2147483647 There is no way to disable this feature, I just don't understand why this would be done.

    What exactly is your request? If you have a plugin that will spawn entities in its own way (stacked or otherwise), what do you expect from this plugin?

    Supply drops are not entities and players do not build them. They are essentially a "grenade", so if you want to prevent players from throwing them, you have to restrict players from using the items, and this plugin does not do that. Take a look at
