Custom fidhing village was include 3 levels: First level, have a typical village houses with vendors and vending machines. Second level, contain a generator room, few houses for vendors and farms was built on old barge and ready to quench your thirst, because fresh purifide water is collected in barrels. Third level rich in scene with music instruments for good timespending, good lighting, BBQ zone and coool own casino. Used NPC Spawn and Volumes prefabs. Good afternoon, Sycho. Firstly I very thankful for your buying. I am very sorry that you encountered these issues. Behind the door, unlocked with a card, all the loot is concentrated in the reactor room after a long tunnel, but I added loot boxes after the door. I also reworked the loot system and fixed the functionality of the door. I apologize for the delay in correcting and making these errors. And maybe you doesn't installed or updated the RustEditExt and loot crates and NPCs just doesn't spawn. Have a nice day and good luck to your server.
