so, i had a look into this, and the rust is scaling the damage to 0.1f when npc is receiving damage being in the car

i don't know why the npc is receiving different damage when he is not mounted, any way i will take a look it seems like the scientist have different damage behaviour when he isn't mounted if i find the solution i will release an update
