Message only 1x at the same time

For example, I would like to send out an info for each of the joint. But if he leaves the game and comes back after 5 minutes, he would receive the message again, which is not desired. I use the plugin to actively mark our raid times and I don't want some players to get the message of the raid times 4-5 times just because they are joined several times during the time. -
is it possible that each player can have each message only max 1x at the same time?
