99.99% of your users are going to hate you for this. lol I would immediately leave if i heard this while playing. Just putting that out there that some players like me would absolutely not want to play on your server if you had this. Keep that in mind.

make sure that the permissions are set. They might have gotten unset at some point? Maybe during an update or a crash? weird things can happen. You never know. I've never personally had an issue with no escape either. For what its worth, heres my old config for it. NoEscape.json

You're getting a 429 error, which means you're reloading the plugin too quickly. Or theres some other plugin that is causing too many requests to Imgur.

You are right there isn't one for voting. But Mevents Cases already has a roulette feature. This plugin isn't going down that route. Sorry. -
Roulette seems fun, but theres already a plugin out there that does that. I could possibly add a feature for that later on, but thats not going to be at the top of my priority list any time soon.
