    Can I use the plugin without internet access? I assume that it must have initial once internet access, but can I pull the plugin and the configuration afterwards on an offline server? Normally the skins are stored in the workshop folder and everyone can copy it to his computer, or does the plugin do that in a different way?

I ask because every now and then I host a mini lan party with friends and then we have a closed network only among our computers. The skins are stored in the workshop folder and everyone can copy it to his computer, or does the plugin do that?
