I have a strange issue at the moment.
On the custom map I have (creater didn't answer yet so I wait) I had the issue that if I used the flyhack-fix.cs he sent with the map I had a map wipe every time I restarted the server (all placed player items gone).
So I did not use this flyhack-fix addon (600kb so quite big actually) but now there are no standard (vanilla) doors, recyclers, refineries or any worldspawned deco items anymore - Outpost has holes in the wall where vendors used to be. All RustEdit.dll spawned items seem to be here.
I can only think of some more unnamed features in this "flyhack-fix" addon that make this happen but this causes a item-wipe so I can't use it.
Do I maybe miss something - Could there be another reason why vanille parts don't spawn?
