no information on how to setup zones 

Or is this done though ZoneManager and then u just add the zone name to the Plugin ???

or maybe an auto option to split the map into auto zones using the grid map as each zone.

You Buy grids

Correct the zones are made via ZoneManager. - I updated the plugin information and added and example config aswell

I will be working on an update to hopefully be able to make it easier to set up zones.

Im finding the command to evict a player from a zone is not working. Can you clarify how to remove a player from a zone?

the plugin is very good, but what use is it to me if i can build right behind the purchasable zone for free?

This plugin was designed initially for an RP type server that has dedicated build zones, IE cities and hotels and apartments. an easy solution for the time being would be to make a zone that not buyable around the zones for sale.

What do People buy with? I like them to just use Scrap we do not use rewards.

That should work aswell or you can use currency you gain over time like The plugin economics ands et the settings to:

Whenever I add a zone NO ONE can build in it.
If you add a zone over existing structure they get destroyed.

Makes it impossible to use zone manager for other assets build by Admins.

thats the point, a zone is meant to be non buildable until someone purchases the zone then on them or the team that owns it can build

I get that but Zone Manager is used for more than Zonesell. We use it for events, safe areas, admin built assets we paste in.
so the minute we put it on out test server it destroyed all the custom placed building. Destroys bases when Zone Manager puts a zone in for server raidable houses. etc etc 

If you just add a maybe a Check for a perm in the zonesell setup for the zonesell UI or enable it to not do EVERY zone just ones tied to the ZoneSell Buy UI? 

This basically HiJacks ZoneManager for its own function making ZoneManager useless in all of its other use cases. 
 

An option for the player to sell the zone he bought would be nice, or to transfer it to an other player.

You need to add the Zone ID to Zonesells config Like Shown in the Descriptions. The UI is ONLY for zones that have had specific Zone ids assigned to them. If you leave the ID blank and a player purchases a Zone they will not be able to build in said zone until an ID has been applied to zonesell. Zone Manager applies and ID to each zone.

Zone Manager functions on it own as intended, So long as you apply the correct id's to zone sell
