2. Ownership The Software is the exclusive property of the Licensor. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Licensor.
3. Termination This License is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this License at any time if Licensee violates any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Licensor be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
