Just bought this but none of the permissions seem to be recognised.  Also I can use the /TurretsOn even if I have not assigned the permission.

I just used permissions manager to remove my (player rank) permission for this plugin and also from default group which had Turrets.Turrets and Turrets.Normal permissions , I then found that when i approached a turret i got the "you do not have permission to use that" when i attempted to turn the turret off/on.

 

Check that you have not got default set to use the permissions.

 

I have had absolutley no problems using this since i bought it a while ago.

mrdecoder  - first of all, i think this is the best quality of life turret plugin available for rust already! thanks for the hard work!

how are the planned features coming? a UI would be amazing as would using this plugin for Sentry Turrets

atm im very busy with IRL ill try adding new stuff asap

as for Sentry Turrets 
atm if using any type of sentry turret plugin it will work with this plugin 🙂
so if do /turrets fill 100

it will also fill 100 5.56 ammo in all the sentry turrets 🙂

hey if i only give the turrets.extra permission it will only let people fill turrets with guns and ammo and it will take the items from their inventories correct? i want to make sure as i dont want to let them have infinite copies of m249s or something and infinite ammo in turrets i just want the QOL to not have to run around and fill turrets

I actually block SAMS and traps in my server but i do allow my players to use turrets in the PVE server. is it possible to use this plugin keep the sam and traps still disabled and just let the turrets accept all types of ammo via this plugin? I wanted to ask before buying.

Your description notes say this:

Permissions

turrets.showvipinfo – Permission to show compleet info section, even if they dont have the actual permission, (good for letting non vip know what they missing out on if using it on groups 
turrets.normal – Permission to use the basic /turret and /sams option ( on/off etc)
turrets.turrets – Permission to use /turrets (will alow player to turn all turrets in range on or of 
turrets.extra – Permission to use fill and clear options


but  you are clumping sams and shotgun traps with the commands is there a way to partition so each one is its own permission for example:
turrets.normal (is everything)
turrets.normal.turret (just turrets)
turrets.normal.sams (just sams)
turrets.normal.traps (just traps)

the plugin does not have a option to block sams or traps , it simply gives ability to fill them all at once and to put all on and off 

so if you dont uses sams or traps then those commands simply not work,

but yes i can make a update to shut these options off compleetly 

so it will not work even if someone tryed to use the commands 

ill make this week

I have most available rifle types (except for bolti) in my turrets and just type /turret fill <ammo type>,  i add the weapon manually (it only takes a second or two) But using the same weapon in all turrets i think you would have to use the weapon short name rifle.lr300 (?)

my usual loadout for a cave is 4 turrets , 2 with ak's/LR300/M249 , 1 with Grenade launcher (smoke grenades) , 1 RocketLauncher with incendiary rockets,  surprisingly i dont get raided often  😀

yeah i read the description and lr is a valid name and i hjave them in my inv but typing the command does nothing

And yes i have given myself the perms though permission manager

Using same command to add bullets to the turrets once i manually insert the gun works well.

After today's force wipe, the permission no longer shows up in Permission Manager. There doesn't seem to be any other way to add or remove permissions for the plugin on any player. The ones that had the permissions already still do, but they can't be changed.

try unloading and loading 
cause the update should not effect it

I have also lost the permissions for TurretsReborn in permission manager , although permisssions manager is giving me multiple entries for each permission group .

try changing  "Block weapons in turrets by permission": []
into

 

"Block weapons in turrets by permission": [
    "multiplegrenadelauncher",
    "rocket.launcher"
  ]

and then see if permissions turn back up
