Regarding locked items, make sure you only lock items in the tier you want to lock. That is, if you want to lock C4 up to Tier 3, make sure it's only available in Tier 3. You don't need to lock it again in Tier 1 or Tier 2. I don't know if I'm making myself clear.

The interface shows you the items that will be unlocked in that tier. Obviously, the ones you have unlocked from the start aren't shown, as they're never added anywhere.

I see what you mean with the unlocks in the tier block, I'll work that out thank you.

As for the update is it possible to get it sooner then the actual update or do you think the entire update will release soon?

I have an update ready, but I want to finish implementing a few things before releasing it. It often takes me longer to update the file on different websites than it does to actually program it.

Looks like the cooking workbench isn't placeable with this. Can we have a patch for that? 
I was able to add the cooking workbench deployed to the allowed list but the result is that when I place it takes my cooking workbench and deletes it entirely.

I have an update pending that fixes this issue. I'm considering implementing anything else before releasing it.
