hello, the plugin is broken after the Facepunch update

hi. please fix the damage from the helicopter. a new helicopter was added to the game and apparently it broke the protection of the clothes

is it possible for NPCs to inherit perks from Kits given to them?
i tried giving them a kit that had a sword that does about 2x the damage a vanilla one does but i dont think NPCs can use the stats

Unfortunately NPCs cannot take advantage of the perks at the moment

awww dang! NP, i thought so X_X thought id see if there was some way it could be possible and ask here instead.
thanks for the reply Supreme! absolutely LOVE this plugin btw!

is there a possibility maybe in the future NPCs will be able to use em and maybe a Increase Max HP perk? 🙂

Not bypassing @supreme but you could do that with the DamageControl for each entity or individual damage control for weapon damage multiplier from Umod.
but it's affecting both NPCs and Players
You can also make them stronger (double defence or health) with NPCHealth from Umod

Skinperk is best for its purposes.

you are freaking AWESOME Supreme! 
this plugin will only futher make gameplay so much cooler with this, since specific npc wil have actual varying damage outputs 🤩

We need to update this to the recent Rust update. It gives me  errors every time the player shoots an NPC

Hello. This plugin does not work with skilltree. If I upgrade damage protection in Skilltree, then clothing with protection stops working. These plugins can be optimized to work together

There is an issue with this plugin, where any kind of the dodge perk, can suddenly make it so that animal/players/npcs/heli/bradley/traps won't ever do deal any damage to you.

There's also an issue where, if you have a weapon that has a damage multiplier from this plugin, and the added damage from that multiplier finishes off an npc/heli/bradley, then other plugins (such as HeliSignals/BradleySignals) will fail to give rewards to the player, as if the damage didn't come from the player.


Edit oct. 2024.. The plugin still has an issue.. there is a part of the RecalculatePlayerPerks() function, that's not reachable when (player.GetActiveItem() != null), causing worn items to not have proper effect. The simplest solution, is to simply move the part with the loop up above the part with GetActiveItem.. I informed Supreme about this issue months ago.

Do all players need permissions to the skin perks system in order for perks to apply to the skinned items? For example, say I modify the skin on a LR to increase capacity by 5 using an administrator account. If a player (who does not have permissions to skin perks) then skinned their own LR to this same skin through applying it via their own Steam inventory, would they see this extra 5 capacity as well? Or only the administrator account/accounts that have access to the skin perks system?

will be applied. To prevent this from happening, create custom skins in your Steam Workshop. This way, you ensure that a player will not have the same skin that you use to upgrade.

when putting sights on a weapon or additional ones to both, the weapon breaks and the number of cartridges drops to the standard value. How can this be fixed?
