what multipliers have you enabled? can you try to Turn on the furnace and see if it cooks all the resources?

the configuration is standard , there was not enough wood for sulfur ore . Is it possible that this is due to accelerated furnaces?

Do you have any other plugins that Modifies the Furnace Cooking speed and such?

The plugin SimpleFurnaces will auto calculate the needed Fuel for the amount of Resource placed inside it while also respect multipliers for cooking and such
