Is it be possible to run the command in the console? I want to make a schedule with the random time start command, but as a chat command thats not possible.

Done now with version 1.1.1 you have console commands 

You can request to add Events Manager support, as chat commands do not work.

This plugin doesn't allow you to control yours via chat commands, and it doesn't have console support.

Plugin support both chat commands,console commands

You can check description plugin for the commands and im 100% sure they work fine

I think i need fix console commands because they only work for all players i will fix it in next update
