Hello so how can i get a timer set so they cant spam jump also every time i remove items and reload the plugin they just appear again! how do i fix this please!!

Hi, a few questions
1. I'm interested in the possibility that a player will jump and receive an item
2. How does the chance of receiving a particular item go?
3. The settings for receiving random item are based on the stacksize amount?
4. Will I need to set an item by item manually?
