Magic Traveling Vendor Panel 1.0.0

Adds a Magic Panel display containing a Traveling Vendor event status icon.

Features:

• Config file supports standard Magic Panel event plugin settings, including custom active/inactive colors
• Tolerates multiple traveling vendors
• Only requests a Magic Panel HUD update on relevant state changes changes for efficiency
• Caches Magic Panel parameters to avoid memory churn
