Software License Agreement

1. Introduction
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and Netch ("Provider"). By purchasing and using the plugin ("Software"), you agree to follow these rules.
2. License Grant
Netch allows you to use the Software only on a server that you own. You must adhere to these terms:
- Personal Use Only: The Software is for your own use and cannot be sold or shared.
- No Modifications: You cannot change, modify, or create new versions of the Software.
- No Redistribution: You cannot give, sell, or transfer the Software to anyone else.
- Separate Licenses for Each Server Network: If you want to use the Software on multiple server networks that you own, you must obtain a separate license for each server network.
3. Restrictions
You can not:
- Do not alter, adapt, or combine the Software with other programs.
- You cannot use any part of the Software’s code in other software.
- Do not copy, share, or sell the Software.
- Do not let others use the Software through your server or for their benefit.
4. Ownership
Netch owns all rights to the Software. You do not own the Software or code, just the right to use it under this Agreement.
5. Termination
This Agreement starts when you first use the Software and lasts until you stop using it. You can end it anytime by stopping use and letting Netch know.
If you break any of these rules, your license to use the Software will end immediately. When the Agreement ends you will lose access, you must stop using the Software.
The Software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software.
