Loved the plugin idea. Now, only admins can see the messages. Players only see the IDs for some strange reason. Any idea why? Thanks

Hey, please check your language files (oxide/lang/) and make sure the messages are set. The entries should look something like this:
"M1": "This is the first message that players will see",

Other then the single VIP permission, can multi level VIP groups exist?  

I could see this being used for announcing things to mods / admins / and other groups respectively
