can't say exactly as the plugins are 'paid' ones & i am not able to get them & test.

..
if you have source code of the plugins, try find there any strings like 'harmony' without quotes & using insensitivity case.
if there are no such strings than the success compatibility chance is much higher.

was not able to get a response from you, so will describe the sequence here:

- if you have the source code (= "*.cs" files)

  1. open directory there the source code is

  2. then use this command in any terminal, like "git" has: (install "git" if you are on windows)

find ./ -iname "*.cs" | xargs grep -i --color harmony

- if you have only "*.dll"

  1. install "ILSpy"

  2. open the .dll(s) using the APP

  3. check: "References" section, is there "0Harmony" ?

even if there are no any of strings like "harmony" - i still can't guarantee that there will not be some of tricky "intersections", the only i can say here that there are no direct conflicts.
