Oilrig to build a base(X5 PACK) | Custom places to build a base 1.0.0

Hi there, I can place these in my custom maps, but I'm unable to build inside them. Is this broken?

Hi! I checked the construction site inside, everything was fine. Perhaps you put them close to some Harbor-type monuments, but I will definitely double-check it

I put them pretty far out into the water. I forget the error message but I'll try and play around with it again this weekend and get the exact error message to you if I can.
