Alright I got the nodes fixed on my end. I saw a few things I'd like to clean up so I'll be adding in a few other micro fixes with this. Thanks for the call out @Amish Jack!

oilrig is massive bugged.

On my end, I don't have any of these bugs showing up.
You may want to check for plugin conflicts because the oil rigs are a single asset, not split up - so anything missing would more likely be from the server building the monument or plugins interfering with the build process.

Umod forums explain the issue regarding missing doors/card readers not working. That's a build bug. If restarting your server doesn't work you're going to need to wipe it so the map is reloaded. Make sure to delete the map saves so it doesn't try to reload what it already made.
The reason this happens is because something isn't telling the server to put the doors in place or connect the IO entities when it built the map the first time during wipe. It's rare, but happens with all custom maps from time to time. 

The red text at oil rig is flagged as a FP bug since last month, so we're all kind of waiting for the next FP update for that to disappear. I'm pretty sure it has to do with the siren light asset used in oil rig being updated in December.

If none of the above works for you, there may be a plugin conflict - The oil rigs and labs are vanilla monuments, only custom item is a hackable crate in labs. I can assist further with a plugin conflict debug once you've ruled out the server wipe. 🙂

I don't know if your symptoms are the same.
I have had the same problem with other custom maps.
It happened when I modified a custom map(.map file).
After fixing it with the latest version of RustEdit (v1.2.0b7), the oil rig worked without any problems.
However, once the MAP fike is modified after the server is up and running, the same problem occurs.
I couldn't resolve it except by wiping.
I learned that if you modify the MAP, you must also wipe the server at the same time or the same problem will occur.

This map will be getting an update for Harbor and Oil rig changes tomorrow. I am waiting to make sure the new versions of the monuments have seen all updates from the devs before I commit to releasing - If there are any compatibility issues after wipe I will fix them immediately. You will be able to observe the map via Rust Staging Branch before wipe tomorrow. 🙂

Just got map and love the map but I found some major issues with different areas. 1.) M14 next to bridge you fall through map. 2.) Tunnel at Q13 and other you fall through water like it's not there and terrain violations. 3.) H10 you fall through water to your death or build underwater. 4.) There is other places you fall through water trying to re-find those at the moment. Will update those locations when I find them again.

I believe I've fixed all this now, here's a list - feel free to update more as you find them 🤘
1. The assets used at the base of the bridge have built in terrain triggers. I've covered the ground in that area with terrain cubes and rocks to prevent falling through.image.png.a948bfc19de454f6d9e8e1d6030c49ac.png
2. Water tunnels were using terrain triggers, new world2.0 functionality changed the triggers and how they interact with water. 3. Areas underwater that were causing issues like this had ocean topology missing, I repainted the topo to resolve.

I hate to ask this after dropping all that on you but it's not to big a deal for me is if we could fix the boats next to train tracks so they can work like in video. If that's not to much work it's a really cool idea.

No worries at all! I've got mostly all of this fixed, just checking on the NPCs in game now.
Unfortunately the water rails are no longer compatible after the world update 2.0 - When I do a revision of the map I'll take the time to try a few ideas to get around the complications that come up but for now they'll remain visual only.
