Added Functional Road Side Garage near Satellite Station, removed and moved monuments, created unique monument Spooky Swamp near Bandit camp with broken dam. Added Iceberg lookout and Special Entrance to Arctic Biome. Tweaked Casino, moved large stable, fixed road placement throughout map. Fixed Sand Storm, added Cloud cover (mountain mist) to Spooky Swamp for added feel.
